Simple:Press "Add Reply" and "Add Topic" no longer working…

  • Hey,

    I updated Simple:Press last week and thought everything was working fine but add reply and add topic buttons no longer work for some reason, I assume it’s something to do with jquery but not sure.

    I would really appreciate some help getting this fixed. I’m using Thematic as my theme with a child-theme and using the latest wordpress and latest simple:press.

    If a link would help then please tell me and I’ll provide one.

    what version of wordpress are you using? what other plugins (active and inactive) are you using? what theme are you using?

    I’m running WordPress 4.1 I just cloned my site and tested with just the following plugins/themes running:
    Thematic /with Child Theme (Latest)
    Simple:Press Forums (Latest)
    Wishlist Member (Latest)

    And it still doens’t work ??

    try switching back to the 2014 theme and see if it works…

    i would caution that that theme seems to be lacking in recent updates and support. the theme’s page in the repository says that it was last updated in april 2013… use with caution!
