If you want to help out users then please do! But just replying to topics with your ad copy promoting your site and services will get you into trouble in these forums.

It does solve their issues though, do you have any idea how I can go about it without it being spammy?

I try to answer in a detailed way and I don’t just copy paste, but our technology does truly fix the issues I’m commenting on.

Yes. Help in those other topics within the framework for that plugin and don’t promote your own plugin there.

Jumping into other plugin authors topic where they are supporting their code and replying with “Hey, I’ve got this other plugin that you can try” is not very nice. In fact it’s rude and doesn’t help the user who is trying to get that other plugin working.

You replied 8 times with the same ad copy when other user’s were trying to get other solutions working. Don’t do that, it’s self-promotion and not cool.
