Simplify MCE (easy posting for editors)

    I’m trying to find a way to make posting in WP function more like Blogger. My co-bloggers are getting frustrated with the way WP handles images (currently fighting the missing thumbnail in send to editor problem) and how it auto-formats text. I’ve tried a few WP editor plugins, TinyMCE plugins, Monster Editor, Real WySIWYG, etc, but they all add functionality.

    Is there a way to make WP function like blogger?
