Simplifying Word Press

I recently started using WordPress and although I can find my way around it, it’s a bit more difficult for people less tech savvy.

I’ve been looking for a plugin to make the new post screen more accesible for the newbies, but haven’t found one yet.

I am basically looking for a plug in which will make it ‘plug&play’ blog style.

Example: You click on the ‘Youtube’ box, a little pop up windows shows up and you enter the url. Something like that, but also for all lay out features. So, bold, italic, underlined, but also adding pictures and posting links. So basically making all features available with the click of the mouse.

Does this plug in, or a combination of plug ins which do(es) this exist? And where can I get it from?
