Simply cannot get this to work

    I have set SL at ‘Enable functionality’ and ‘Enable single posts’ – the remaining setting are blank as I seek only to enlarge either single images or gallery images on posts for rescue dogs’ details. The plug in is described as ‘no coding’ so nothing else done by me. All images came via WordPress Media Library.

    I have read your self-service list and done all suggested – still no action. The theme is WordPress Twenty-Sixteen and server set at PHP 7.2.

    Very grateful if someone could have a look at the page and advise.

    Hi, there do not appear to be any image links on the page you provided. Without links, there is nothing for visitors to click on to launch the lightbox.

    See SLB’s documentation on adding image links to posts for more details.

    Once you link to the images, the images will be displayed in the lightbox when the links are clicked. If you are still experiencing this issue after adding links, please post an updated link and I would be glad to reopen this ticket and take another look.
