Curious if others running this plugin on Godaddy’s managed wordpress hosting solution might have had a similar problem with this plugin.

The plugin has its own caching system. Godaddy has their own built into their hosting as well.

Sometimes the Godaddy hosting caching setup does not play nice.

I simply got an error 89, (token code problem).

The token codes were correct, copy/pasted them direct and triple checked it.
removed the plugin from my client’s site and moving on. ??

    Good luck

Thank you for reporting this. The app tokens are stored as a WordPress option and I wonder whether those are also cached by GoDaddy or not. Were you able to use another plugin? If so, could you tell me the name of it so that I can see how they are storing their tokens?

Not yet. We found another one that I believe will work, but other things came up and we do not have it and the other things ready to roll out yet.

OK, please let me know if you were ever able to run a different plugin, it will help me get to the bottom of this.

I’ve released an update (2.1.6) that fixes an issue with the tokens, it might fix your issue as well.
