Simply demo not showing menu right

I purchased OceanWP pro mainly for the Simply demo that has a a menu down the side and off ca canvas. However I downloaded it to a clean WordPress and only installed recommended plugins and yet on my site the menu icons are invisible. I can’t find where to change the side panel colour or content or menu anywhere in customiser or dashboard. The demo is here https://simply.oceanwp.org/ But on my website (which I’ve put live for purpose of getting help) it’s invisible (https://inspocoach.com) when I’m on computer, iPad or anything. But in demo it’s fine. Driving me mental and no response as yet from support. I swapped from Astra and BB in order to have a vertical off canvas menu and now regret it.
