Simply did not work

  • Notes:
    – I am using the latest version of WP which is currently 4.3
    – The plugin directory indicates that this plugin has not been tested with the latest version of WP

    Problem:
    Had no effect on max upload filesize. Continued to get errors on attempted uploads.
