Simply does not work in 4.11

DB Cache Reloaded Error: wpdb class is redefined, plugin cannot work!
Previous definition is at /var/www/vhosts/dbhacker.com/httpdocs/wp-includes/wp-db.php:52.I hope the author updates the plugin at some point. It used to work really well.
