    Sorry that you’re running into trouble with the plugin.

    Our plugin is already helping more than 3.000 users to save a ton of tedious work.

    Can you please share more details? I’ll be more than happy to assist you further.

    In the meantime, consider these suggestions:
    – Make sure you followed the instructions to regenerate thumbnails.
    – Purge all cache if you’re using a caching plugin or Cloudflare.
    – How many products do you have in your store? as the lite version is limited to 150 images.

    @nlemsieh Don’t put ?filter=5 in your review links, it hides the non-5 star reviews from the person who uses that link and that’s not being completely honest.

    I’ve removed that part and now they’ll see the actual reviews and not just the 5 star ones.

    Sorry if that went against the guideline.

    Just to clarify; I added the filter to show the reviews that match what I’m referring to in my reply. There is no bad intention to hide other reviews. All reviews are accessible within the plugin page. Also, there an notice on the page to let users clear the filter (You are currently viewing the reviews that provided a rating of 5 stars. See all reviews.)
