SimpLy Justified has become buggy

  • I have a simply justified gallery with the last row set to set to the second option where it fills out the rest of the row. at the moment, the justified doesn’t work until i resize the window(on mobile you can’t resize so it doesn’t work at all).

    before all the images in a row would line up but now i have some small and some big if there is a mixture of portrait and landscape pics. the landscape pics just have space under them.

    i have changed no settings as the project was on hold.. i think i did an update on the plug-in but that’s it.

    Most likely this problem arose from a conflict with other plugins or the theme. (Usually these are CSS styles from different developers)

    Thank you for your reply. Since this is always the first thing people blame i have already deactivated all the (very few) plugins i have and it’s still not working. This is not surprising as nothing is set to auto update and it was working fine.

    I’m left with the hello theme, elementor and elementor pro. i was using an old version of elementor as i didn’t want to break anything by updating to the latest major update but i have done so now just to test and it’s still broken.

    i don’t see how this would be the fault of anything in my ecosystem unless you no longer support elementor.

    I experience the same problem with simply grid. Image are displayed in different size, after resizing the brrowser window or scrolling down on mobile the images set into the grid with the intended size.

    I turned off all other lazyload options that came with different plugins, I think the one in Elementor (in experimental options) did the trick. Worth a try.

    unfortunately the only thing lazy loading the images was the gallery plugin itself under ‘lazy load thumbnails’. turned that off but didn’t make a difference.
