The last update broke the website. Had to remove all forms. This is unacceptable. It’s 2022, not 2010.

For those of you in panic, use FTP and go to blog wp_content|plugins, rename Ninja-Forms plugin in any way you want. The site will work.

  • Hi @rick111

    Sorry this happened.
If you could share more info such as
    – WordPress version
    – PHP version
    – Nina Forms version (I assume latest?)
    – And ideally a copy/paste of the exact error message you receive upon updating

I’m sure the developers will gladly look into this are provide a solution. Glad you got it sorted for now. Maybe you can rollback to an earlier version in the meantime if you have a .zip available.

Also, if your PHP version is under 7.4, try updating to 7.4 or later to see if that helps.

    Hello,

We sincerely apologize for the issue. Our engineering team has just released an update to address this issue. If you would, can you install Ninja Forms version 3.6.14 and let us know if this works for you?
