since 1.0.1 it doesn't appear anymore on the screen

What version did you have before update? Are you using an event import plugin with Smart Countdown FX?

Please open widget configuration in Appearance / Widgets and check the following options:

• Counter display mode – set it to “Auto – both countdown and count up”
• Counter animation profile – select one from the dropdown
• Event date and time – normally you would select one using datetime picker, but if you e.g. pasted it manually it must have MySQL format, i.e. YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss

Save and check. One more question? Do the widget title and “loading” image appear before the whole widget is hidden?
