Since 4.5 update ad inserter is a mess

Since I updated to 4.5 there seems to be a huge problem, All the format of the plugin idk if its the css its all messed up, also I cant save any mod

This is just happening in chrome (latest version as far as I know). I tried in firefox and in firefox it works fine but in chrome its all broke
