Since Chrome Version 88.0.4324.96 featured image is not centered anymore.

I’m having the same issue. Did you find a solution?

It’s strange. If I target the selector in Chrome’s inspector:

.site-header.featured-image .site-featured-image .post-thumbnail img {

I can toggle the left, top, and transform properties off and get the image to center. But I’m not able to get those changes to stick in style.css

Same here.

.site-header.featured-image .site-featured-image .post-thumbnail img {
 min-height: inherit ! important;
}   

This custom css fixes this for me but may have side effects.
