We’ve released several updates recently, so to confirm, are you using version 2.1.3 of the plugin? If not, please do ensure that you’ve updated to v2.1.3.
Then, would you please reset the sync settings by doing the following steps?
- Go to WooCommerce > Facebook > Product Sync
- Uncheck the Enable Product Sync box and save settings
- Reload the page
- Re-check the Enable Product Sync box the box and save settings
- Then, reload the page again, and you can trigger a manual sync by clicking the Sync Products button. Note that this manual sync will trigger a sync for all products and can take some time.
Sometimes we’ve found that this reset causes the products to start syncing correctly.
Could you please let me know how it goes and if the products start to sync or not?
