    Hi,
since the latest update the obligatory “state” field is missing on the checkout page. Once I reload it appears as it should.
Does anybody have an idea what might be causing this as currently users cant do purchases except if they reload the page.

To replicate please click the following link and then “comprar”
    https://goo.gl/XJHhCd

then “finalizar compra” on the next page. On the checkout page you will notice the field “estado” is missing. Press f5 and it appears.

Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for the instructions on how to test!

Here’s what I’m seeing when I look at your checkout page:

I refreshed the page, but no new fields turned up. Can you please let me know what the name is of the field on your site?

@sebaros – can you please start your own topic? While it sounds like it may be related, it’s far easier to troubleshoot one issue per thread.

@fernashes So far it is the same problem. Let me contribute a little more ??

Note: when refreshing in all my sites happens what you indicated. The State field reappears.

    Hi,

I discovered it’s a conflict between the latest woocommerce version and the woocommerce extra checkout fields for brazil plugin.
I commented on a thread there too. To solve it I rolled back my woocommerce version to 3.4.7 and now everything works normally again.

@hannah, currently all is working as it should again since I rolled back so the error can’t be replicated anymore. Sorry for that but as it’s a live site I had to resolve.

@sebastian, try WP rollback plugin and go to version 3.4.7, that resolved the issue for me. Probably for Chile you have a similar plugin as I for Brazil, which is causing the conflict

@tabasco86 Rolling Back to 3.4.7 solved the problem for Chile too (2 different sites/themes). OK thanks ??

@fernashes, @tabasco86 Please don’t close this topic because it still exist a BUG with version 3.5.1 Thanks again!

Seeing this for a clean test site using latest version of WP/WooCommerce using United States as selling country.

Thanks for the update! I understand that the problem is with the WooCommerce Brazil plugin or other localized plugins. if the problem isn’t showing up with a clean version of WooCommerce (i.e. default WordPress theme and no other plugins activated), then we know this isn’t a WooCommerce problem. Can you please confirm?

    There’s a related issue here:
