Our link is leading me after 2 auto redirections to:
https://www.facebook.com/commerce_manager/?source=CATALOG_MANAGER_LANDING_PAGE
There I can setup a sop or catalog.
Setting up a catalog I can’t go further than on scree as after pushing button”FiniSh” nothing occurs, not by business also not by private:
Update:
I came with Opera a bit futher, by shop setup I see products or create a new catalo.
The point with products is grayed and I can’t choos this to push NEXT:
Maybe with teamviewer we come further?
Hi @jaroslawistok,
I’m afraid we don’t offer live support, so I won’t be able to join you for a TeamViewer session. We find that written support is better for the types of issues our customers experience.
I’m sorry for my delayed response here. I appreciate your patience. Could you please send me a screenshot of the Catalog Manager Landing Page that you linked to above? (this page)
Cheers,
BenjaminYou seem to ask for same screenshots in the loop now.
I have sent all possible screens.BUT
I just can’t imagine how You could be so blind for such big mistake which was to see on almost each scree and what I already have suposed.
Product Catalog was for my private account jaroslawistok and my business page is rainbowsongs.
So it could never have been connectected with each other.I had to disconnect (uninstall) and to go with setup again and again a new catalog connected to business account. After this I could setup a shop and I am now waiting for facebook approving (one day)
I don’t really know who is writing answers here but I can’t imagine that is author herself, because he had to see this immediately.
Hi @jaroslawistok,
Ah, that makes so much sense! Indeed, I should have caught that in the screenshots. My sincere apologies.
I’m so glad that you have found the solution. Is there anything else that we can help with?
Cheers,
BenjaminThank you, I see no shop on instagramm but on facebook.
Unfortunately I am a little disappointed that a maximum of 9 products and not all 14 are shown in the shop.I see also no more Shop tab under edit tabs as I saw earlier without having a shop ?? (needed for mobile facebook view).
Thanks so far. I got an alert that instagram didn’t accept a shop because there are no posts there.
Hi @jaroslawistok,
I hope you had a great weekend! Sorry to hear that your Instagram shop wasn’t able to be accepted. Hopefully you’ll be able to get that straightened out soon.
When I click on the shop tab on your Facebook page, I see 12 products. Then, clicking through to your website, I see 14 – it looks like the only two products that are not showing are Facebook are your eBook products.
In this case, the reason that they are not showing is that Facebook doesn’t allow digital products to be sold, so our plugin automatically hides virtual products from view so that your store doesn’t violate Facebook’s policies.
You can read more about this in Facebook’s commerce policy here: https://facebook.com/policies/commerce/prohibited_content/subscriptions_and_digital_products
Are there any other questions that I can help with?
Cheers,
BenjaminI see 9 and by See All 11. Also by See as visitor. One is missing as digital will not be shown. I ask me how you can see this properly ??
Hey @jaroslawistok
Steve here, stepping in for Benjamin. Happy to help ??
I took a look at your Facebook shop and see 12 products on the main Facebook shop page (the large Rainbowsongs 2 Pocket on top with 11 below) and when I select to See All, I see 12 as well.
I am not sure why you would see only 9. Can you please send a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end so I can see which products are missing?
Cheers,
Steve
SkyVergeThank you
In deed under See All are now all 12 books (without Ebooks).
But on frontpage also as visitor view are still only 9 books:Hey @jaroslawistok
This has to do with the settings for your home page of the shop within Facebook itself, our plugin syncs up the products to your Facebook catalog, but the display changes need to be adjusted within the Facebook Commerce manager. You can find some more information on adjusting the shop home page here.
Would you please let me know if you are able to adjust the home page?
Cheers,
Steve

If it’s true so it cant’t be depend from my settings as the view is for all same ??
I dont’t want to handle with manually collections but have all products synced there. I also don’t see something with design or so. And you see all 12 peoducts what I can’t (only under Veiw All).
Thanks sofar for helping me ??
Hey @jaroslawistok ,
Just to clarify this, were you able to make any changes to the Shop page from within your Facebook account to the display of the page? You may also want to review this help article from Facebook to see if any of the information there helps to change the products that display at the top portion of the page.
Can you please let me know if this helps to get the display the way you want it?
Cheers,
Steve
