Since the last Elementor Updates it doesnt work anymore

Hello unfortunately since the last update the plugin does not function proper anymore, its weird but it seems like something with the z-index is broken i tried everything to fix it but it doesnt work if the menu is in the first section on my page it wont work if i put it in an section in the middle of the page it will work again, but of course i need it as an global element in my header. ??
