    Hi.

Since 2.0 update all tag pages appear broken (critical error) on some of our sites.

The problem remains the same with versions 2.0.1 and 2.0.2. When we roll back to version 1.7, the problem disappears.

I think it’s an incompatibility with the plugin The Events Calendar, because we find this problem only on websites using both plugins and when we disable anyone of the two plugins, the problem disappears.

    Thank you so much.

    Hi @alexbosch,

I was not able to replicate this on my dev site. Refer to this video, please.

Please let me know if I am missing something, or if the plugin you are using is a different from the one I use.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hi, @bsfherman

Thank you for your answer. It’s strange… they’re exactly the same plugins and versions… but when I do what you’ll do on the video, it appears a critical error page.

    Very strange….

    Hi @alexbosch,

What PHP version you are running on your site? Maybe it’s related?

Also, you might want to check the error log and see if can find something that will lead you to the fix?

Let us know if you need more assistance, otherwise please mark the topic as Resolved.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hi, @bsfherman

php version is 8.0.29. Do you think it is related?

I can’t find anything clear on the error log… no one else has this problem? What else we could try to solve that?

    Thank you

    Hi @alexbosch,

I don’t think it is related as this plugin is compatible with PHP 8.0.

Have you tried to reinstall both this Custom Fonts and The Event Calendar plugin? See if it does the trick.

Also, what theme you are using?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Hi @bsfherman

Yes, I already tried to reinstall both plugins and nothing changed.

I use Astra theme on both pages.

    Thank you

    Hi @alexbosch,

No idea what causes this. As you can see in my video above, I couldn’t replicate it either. What if you try asking the same thing on The Events Calendar forum? Maybe someone or the plugin’s author, has any idea of what is going on here.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
