    Hello everyone,

    As said in title, since last update my role “store manager” can’t access the users anymore, and it is needed to set some special customer roles. I checked and nothing seems to have changed in the settings. Could you please help me fix this issue ?

    Hello Noel,

    Thank you for your answer.
    The version is 5.6.1.1 right now. The 5.7 version has been released since my message, but I preferred not to update since I didn’t have an advice.

    Hi @gaspodex,

    There are two possible reasons for this issue:

    1. You’ve restricted access to the Users menu for your Administrator role or your admin user;

    2. You removed/unchecked some or all *_users capabilities (more specifically list_users).
