    Hey Since you updated and completely changed how this plugin works in the Backend…
    3 of my Tabs are No longer showing on the Frontend…
    They show in my backend and show the correct info..

    Their is also nothing different to these Tabs, than the ones which are working…

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having this difficulty. Thanks for getting in touch so we can help.

    The issue arises with tabs created in the previous version when transitioning to 2.1.0. If you create a new tab with the latest version, you won’t encounter this problem. It’s limited to the scenario I described.

    We have released version 2.1.0.1 which fixes the issue. If you update the plugin, you’ll be able to save your products without losing any more tab data.

    My apologies for the frustration and inconvenience caused. Please let me know whether version 2.1.0.1 resolves the issue on your site, and if you have any questions.

    Hey Edge,

    The update did kind of fix the problem.
    But I am now having to go through each product to update them all, in order for the Tabs to now show again…

    Thanks for your feedback and patience. My apologies for the issue that has emerged in version 2.1.0.1. I’m glad to hear you’ve found the workaround of resaving or updating products, in order to display the custom tabs again.

    We are aware of this issue, and are working on a fix. We do not have a timeframe for, albeit I or another member of our team will let you know as soon as we have new information.

    Hi @devancadman,

    This might come to late if you have already manually updated your products, but we have released an update today (version 2.1.1) which should fix the issue with the missing tabs. Our apologies again for the inconvenience caused. Let me know if you get any further problems after the update.
