since update to 3.1.6 no personnalisation possible

Hi,
i have the latest WP and updated to the latest Hueman theme. Since then I cannot personnalize my theme settings.
whenever i try to open the theme settings, I get an internal server error 500.
Very annoying…
It tries to open this URL:
