• Hi All.
I updated my PHP version for my main site but forgot about one of them.
Now I can’t access it at all and get an error “WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, CMS Page Order”
I tried the “recovery mode” but that doesn’t work and I also tried that after changing the PHP version back to the old one but still no joy.
    Any help please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @screenbyte
Are you using WPML plugin, if yes then you should try this

Please increase your MaxInputVars to 10000 (you have to ask your hosting provider regarding this)
Please increase your max_execution_time as much as you can

    Regards,
    yogesh.

In the file manager provided by your host (e.g. cPanel), navigate to the /wp-content/ directory and rename the /plugins/ directory to /plugins-hold/. This will disable all plugins and allow you access back into the WordPress dashboard. Then, rename the directory back to /plugins/. Finally, reactivate the plugins one by one until you find the plugin causing the error.

    Thank you for the replies.
I’ve tried renaming the plugins folder and lowered
the php version and it’s worked.
    Thank you very much.
