    Hi @semidivine!

I’m very sorry to hear about these errors you’re seeing after your update. Let’s first check the server settings to make sure you have everything up to date. Reach out to your hosting provider and confirm they have the www.ads-software.com Requirements settings in place:

    MySQL v5.6 (or higher)
    PHP 7.2 (or higher)

    Memory limit: 250MB (or higher)
    Upload limit: 50MB (or higher)
    Post limit: 50MB (or higher)
    /wp-content directory has sufficient permissions (i.e. 755)

With those in place, everything should work smoothly for you. If the issue still shows up, let’s check to see if there is a plugin conflict happening. Temporarily deactivate all plugins, then reactivate NextGEN Gallery only. Does the issue still appear? If so, temporarily switch to a WordPress default theme (this deactivation is only intended to quickly check to see if the issue goes away or is still present). If by deactivating the other plugins the issue does go away, reactivate each of the other plugins one at a time to locate the culprit. Keep me posted on your results ??

I just put in a request to the host, a couple of the specs were off. I will reconnect when they have those updated and let you know if the issue has resolved. Thanks!

Hey there! The host has updated the PHP version and the specs you specified (https://lucyschwartzmusic.com/info.php) and I am still getting the errors:

    GET https://www.lucyschwartzmusic.com/http:/www.lucyschwartzmusic.com/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/lightbox/static/shutter/nextgen_shutter.min.js?ver=2.2.14 404 (Not Found)

The URL is still borked. What can we do here?

Thank you for checking on the server settings, that helps ?? Please run through the troubleshooting steps to test against a possible plugin or theme conflict (see instructions in my previous reply). ~98% of the time issues/errors after an update are related to a plugin or theme conflict – other times server settings being outdated. Keep me posted on your results.

    Thank you! ??

Because it has been a month or more since your last reply, I am going to mark this as resolved as I assume you have found a solution. Please feel free to reply again if you still have questions. ??

    Thanks!
