Since version 2.3.1 the banner is always hidden

  • Since version 2.3.1 the banner div now always has the class “gaoop-hidden” without the user having clicked the “hide” button.

    Hence, the banner will never actually be displayed.

    Hey there,
    thanks for your comment. But I think it’s an issue on your end. It seems that the JavaScript file (that checks if the opt-out was already set and displays the banner) is not loaded on your site. Make sure you don’t have super aggressive cache settings active (or try to flush your cache after updating any plugins).

    I’ve tried that. I’ve even turned caching off entirely. Still, the banner does not appear. This issue first appeared with the new version of the plugin with nothing else changed.

    I’ve updated the plugin again. Maybe you can try if it’s working for you now.
