I see this custom css:

div.right{
    float:right;
    margin-left: 20px;
    margin-right: 20px;
}

is from the plugin monetizeme.
This is setting some unneeded margin to the theme’s right sidebar, if you have a left sidebar, it will do the same with it, ’cause it has also a rule for “div.left” .
So this has nothing to do with the theme or with the wordpress update.
You should disable that plugin, or override those rules to amend its conflict.

Yes, that’s my website.

It is resolved now.

It was indeed the plugin Monetizeme and not the Theme.
1 parameter was not working well, I’ve deleted the parameter setting.
