• Hi all,

After trawling through Google and other threads in the Support Forum I can’t find an exact match for the issue I’m facing.

I need to change the nameservers of my domain (domain available via PM), however I can’t see ‘Store’ in my Dashboard (I’ve seen it before on other WordPress installs I’ve managed so I know where to look).

I see that others have said to login with the account that was used during initial installation as using another account will cause the Store option to disappear. But the thing is, that’s what I’m trying. I only have one login – it’s only me who logs in.

I’ve been into the SQL users table and can only see one user in there (the username I’ve been using already).

The background is I registered the domain through WordPress, but have always had it hosted externally from WordPress.

What can I try to get into the nameserver settings to change them?

    Any help is appreciated.

  • You need to contact the folks over at wordpress.com about this. We can’t help you here.

    I think I just got mixed up…

    .com – Self Hosted
    .org – WordPress Hosted

    Is that right?

    WordPress.com/help says to come here:

Is your blog self-hosted? Head to the www.ads-software.com forums

You registered your domain name with wordpress.com. You need to speak to them about it.

Ok, I’ll give it a shot.

    Thanks.
