Single Badge not sent over to Credly

    Hello,

    I did take a look at this thread from a year ago, but it didn’t help fix the problem.

    The Credly integration option isn’t working for one of my badges that my site issues. It does, however, work with the other badges I offer.

    The Credly badge ID in my BadgeOS setting matches the badge ID on the Credly site. I have the “Send to Credly when earned” setting turned on under the Badge Sharing Options in the BadgeOS plugin. It was sending the badge over just fine until about two weeks ago. Since then, there seems to be a disconnect.

    I’ve uninstalled and re-installed BadgeOS. I’ve generated a new Credly API key, thinking that would fix the problem, but it didn’t. I’m not sure what else I can do to get the connection up again.

    I am using BadgeOS and it’s LearnDash plugin to trigger the awarding of badges after the completion of a LearnDash activity. As I mentioned above, it works fine for my other badges, just one in particular doesn’t work.

    Hard to say, to be honest. The BadgeOS core plugin hasn’t had an update since a month ago, and none of the recent bits have included changes to the Credly integration details.

    That leaves me wondering if it’s not so much an issue with the plugin itself and perhaps more with the other end at Credly. If anything, hopefully just a temporary issue?

    Just some initial thoughts at least.
