single confirm and unlock url?

Is it possible to have a single url that 1) confirms subscription and grants access to locked content, AND 2) provides continued access to locked content? I can achieve this by re-directing the welcome page from {subscription_confirm_url} and then providing {unlock_url} for ongoing access, but would be easier to provide user a single url.
