Could you provide a screenshot on which part of the page the background you’re referring to? I want to check it further on my end.

As for the font, please try adding this CSS snippet to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, and see if that works for you:

Upon checking, the text seems to be using “Open Sans” now. Could you provide additional details on the font-style and the background you’re referring to? A screenshot or screen recording would be very helpful.
