Single footer across width of page
-
I have five logos that I want to place across the footer of my twenty ten themed webpage. I modified the #footer-widget-area .widget-area width which was originally specified as 220px to 100%. Then I simply put the image code for all five images into the first footer. Worked like a charm in Firefox but all of the widgets are crammed together some on top of each other in Internet Explorer… shocking, I know. It seems that for some reason specifying the width doesn’t work in IE. I even tried specifying a width of 880px but got the same result. Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
