Single Page not showing

Hello!
We have the staff list setup on this page – https://www.romecatholic.org/about-us/
When someone clicks on the “profile” link (that should go to the “single page”) – nothing happens.
Our settings for the single page match the page URL – see screenshot – https://gyazo.com/2ea0cffa4a98baf89a3acbe35abc027a
Please let us know what is needed / needs to be adjust to get this to work!

Looks like you using the same page for all staff and single staff member. To display a single record you have to create a single page.
See: How to create and publish a Single Page.
Please follow all the steps, in particular: 3.Create a new page.
