Single page settings

I’ve downloaded the plugin for WP SEO Structured Data Schema, however I only have field tabs for “Organization Logo”, Social Profile, Corporate Contacts.” I see from your product information page that you have Single Page Settings” that offers the webmasters the ability to affect more fields than just the three. (Article, Blog Posting, News Article, Event, Product, Video, Service, Review, and Aggregate Ratings.) How do I access Single Page Settings to add more product ontology to my page(s)?
