Single Post View

Is there any way to skip the preview and show only the full post including comments? I have seen a few ways to show the comments on the preview of the post but it always seems to break the next/previous links. Does anyone know how to do this without breaking the links? Or preferably skip the preview all together and go straight to the single post page?
