Single Posts With Custom Query

Hi,

I have installed Ajax Load More plugin and was trying to integrating this with my pages. Integration is successfully done but i have some queries related to this plugin and its addon.

My Requirement: We want a single page who has its multiple associated tags and wanted to load all the pages depending on the associated tags.

For this i have seen this addon single posts which is perfect match my requirement for continuious scroll. But, Can we load pages according the associated tags?. Can we apply custom query into this?.

For instance: i have a page whose URL is; https://www.xxx.com/abc-def when i render this url over the web then after the content of this url when i scroll down, next page/post does open through ajax load more functionlaity but i want to load only those page/post whose tag are match with that.
