single product by SKU doesn’t load

hi. i have a after the last update a very weird problem. if i search by just 1 SKU code i see the product on the “search dropdownmenu” but when i press search or ENTER instead of taking me directly to that product or just showing me 1 item it does a complete search and show me other non releated results that have nothing to do with the SKU code i typed!? Not even mentioning the SKU anywhere.

how can i change this behavior. was not working like that few days ago.
if i press TAB it works as it should! it opens the single product result!
so ENTER became TAB!???? why? nobody uses TAB :/
