Single product checkbox option not saved in cart

    Hi there! We have identified a bug in your plugin that occurs in both your free and premium version of the plugin. I have tested this on your demo site ( https://plugins.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-product-add-ons/ ) and was able to replicate the issue, therefore I know that it is not an issue with our website.

    To reproduce this bug, create a single checkbox option that increases the price of the item. Assign it to a product, ensuring that no other option is created for it. If you visit the product, you should see a single checkbox. When you check it, it increases the price as expected. If you then add the product to the cart and visit the cart, you will see that the price has not been updated, and the selected option has not been registered against the cart item.

    Unfortunately, I could not replicate the issue in our live demo, please check this screenshots.

    If you still can replicate it, please, explain in more detail how should we proceed to see the error too in our live demo.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the video. I noticed that you haven’t set a value for the Label setting in the add-on options.

    If you don’t set this value, the add-on won’t be added to the cart.

    Please check this and let us know if you need more help.

    I have the same issue. However, we have a value for the label setting, and the problem persists.

    Our site has four types of add-ons:
    1. Monogramming (+$300)
    2. Etching (+$400)
    3. Free Monogramming ($0)
    4. Free Etching ($0)

    When viewing a product with paid add-ons and selecting either option, the charge is not applied when added to the cart, even though the pricing table on the product page is correct.

    Also, the names of the selected add-ons are not being reflected in cart. Currently, after adding to the card both only show “Option:” beneath the product instead of the add-on name.

    These are correctly configured as everything worked fine on our older environments without the latest plugin update. This issue popped up after the most recent update.
