Single Product Gallery Images blank white

    I’ve been trying to research and troubleshoot and I’m stumped! My gallery images for my products are not showing up when clicked so customers may view more photos in a full size. When clicked, they just show up as a blank, white box. The ones that are different sizes (not a 1:1 square) actually do change to their full, proper size but I can’t see the image. I’ve tried in different browsers… nope. I have a staging site and I’ve tried disabling all plug-ins as well as switching themes and it still does it so I can’t really pinpoint why this is happening. Any insight is appreciated. Thank you!

  • This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

      • If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     As mentioned in original post, I have already tried disabling all plugins as well as switching themes with no luck. That’s why I came here.

    I still don’t see it. I’ll try clearing my browser cache and see if that helps?

    Yes! go ahead and clear browser cache. You can also use a different browser to check.

    Okay, I tried that in safari and in chrome and I still don’t see it

    I took a look at the site just now and the gallery images are working for me too. Here’s a quick GIF of what I see when switching images and opening the lightbox.

    Have you tried using a private browser window to see if it works there? If not, go on and give that a try. Sometimes that will work when there is an issue in a regular window. Let us know what you find out.
