single product image not correct size

I can’t get the featured product image in woocommerce to appear as I’ve listed it in the settings (500px x 500px).

I know the css in the woocommerce can overwrite the theme settings – I’m not using a woocommerce theme, I’m using a wordpress theme, Braxton, in combination with woocommerce. I changed the width settings from 100% to auto with no luck.

I’ve combed through the files and forums with no success. Would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks so much ??
