• Hi,

So I decided to try this plug-in today, and then found out that this plug-in isn’t fit with Divi Theme, so I decided to de-activate it and delete it.

After complete my uninstall, I found out that all of my single product pages from WooCommerce’s images are messed up after I adjust the size of my browser, or increase the percentage of the browser. Everything looks broken and then I have to re-fresh the page in order to make everything back to normal again.

I need some help, this is really frustrating! Any help will be appreciated!

    Thanks.

    Hi @minglulee,

I’m attaching a screenshot of what I see. Let us know if you see different. However, once you disable WPtouch, it stops loading on your website. However, if the site is running some type of caching plugin or system (that wasn’t configured to work with WPtouch), you might be seeing remnants of the mobile theme.

Make sure all caches are cleared, including the cache on the browser on the mobile device you are using to test and it should help make the difference.

Hi, thanks for a quick reply.

The problem i mentioned happened on Desktop version.
When I adjust the size of the browser to like mobile size, it will mess everything up and then when I maximize the browser size again, things are not recover.

Only way to fix is to totally refresh the page. (Of course when you first time loading into the page, you see everything correctly.)
