    Hi!
    I’m having trouble with the single product pages. Instead of displaying the product’s description and image, it only shows this:

    Medidas: 22 cm x 22 cm x 15 cm Madera: Guariuba Lugar de producción: Loreto, Iquitos – Perú Secado al 12% Acabados: Food safe Uso: Utilitario y/o decorativo Categoría: Iquitos Código: TKEIPCN ?Contáctanos!

    I tried refreshing the permalinks, but nothing.

    This happens with all the products, but here is an example:

    I’ll appreciate very much if you could help me!

    PD: I’m using the Bento theme extended pack.

    Hi @freatz,

    Cross testing for you using the latest version of WooCommerce to gain a set of comparison results the product images all displayed correctly for me along with all other product details. This testing indicates that possibly software you have installed and activated on your site is potentially breaking the default functionality of? WooCommerce.

    Have you tested on your site by disabling all other plugins aside from WooCommerce along with switching to a theme like Storefront to try and locate what software you have installed which could possibly be causing this behaviour?

    Once you have disabled all other plugins and switched theme if the behaviour is resolved you can then enabled your theme and sites plugins testing after each one is enabled until the behaviour returns to locate the culprit.

    I tested as you said, and the problem is the theme. Do you know what can I do about it? … aside from asking in the theme forum (I already did it).

    I loaded Bento free and my products’ pages worked fine. I have been unable to test with the expansion pack in play as it is a commercial product. Check you have the latest, v1.1.1. Could you try with and without the expansion pack activated. If you can further narrow down the problem to the expansion pack, presumably that would entitle you to premium support from the vendor, as the expansion pack comes with support. You may do better that way than through the theme support forum.

    That’s great to hear you have tracked down the culprit.

    I will mark this topic as resolved and you can continue any further communication with the developers of Bento within their support forum for the theme if that is the cause.

    If the behaviour is due to the expansion pack plugin which was referenced you would need to instead reach out to the developers of that plugin.
