Single product page not displaying correctly

    The single product page on all my products is showing incorrectly, it started after I updated to Woocommerce 3.6.0. I then rolled back to the previous version of woocommerce and it went back to normal. I have since updated oceanwp, all the premium ocean plugins and ocean extra and woocommerce and the problem is back. I have tried rolling woocommerce back again but the problem is still there.

    The product description is also missing on some pages.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    it’s the same for me. In the exact moment I’ve updated to woocommerce 3.6.0, I’ve received a error messagge about single-product-page template being outdated. After a few hours oceanwp and oceanextra notified me about an update, that I’ve done, and every page that used single-product-page template stopped working.

    I have the same problem after update. In the product page the product image is larger and the content messed up and the price is too small. look this photo https://imgur.com/5MtUSIT . i change theme and problem disappears so its theme problem.

    I have the same problem. All of my content appears in one column, not side by side. Looks terrible. Hopefully they will reply ASAP

    also a lot of parameters in the:

    Costumizer -> WooCommerce -> Single product

    are dead…

    Please, solve as soon as possible!

    For me too, so i chance back to woocommerce 3.5.8 and the problem was solved.

    @upplus how go back to3.5.8??

    With WP Rollback plug-in (I think)

    But it’s not the solution…

    Ok, maybe temporary, but OceanWP should investigate why they have such problem.

    It was Just a temporary solution, because i can′t run my site with this issue, i hope the oceanwp team solve this.

    I just download version 3.5.8 and make the upload of this version, but i changed the plugin name to woocommerce- and then i extract the previous version.

    I agree with you.
    It’s very serious issue.

    But it’s not only OceaWP.
    I have another website, with another theme and I have the same layout problem.
    Ok, not so “big” like in OceanWP.
    In that theme, in the Single Product, the thumbs are simple.. disappear (O__O)

    I roll back to WooCommerce 3.5.8 and, everything is ok.
    So, I don’t know if the Theme companies must to update the own themes,
    or if it’s a WooCommerce bug… We will see..

    In the meantime:

    — DON’T INSTALL WooCommerce 3.6.0!!!! —

    Sorry for the trouble. This issue has been fixed in the latest version of the OceanWP theme. Just update the theme to the v1.6.7 and clear cache. it will be fixed.
