What’s your current setting for the “Custom product pages” option?

Could you try setting “Custom Product Pages” to yes and let us know if the issue persists?

If I set it to “Yes” I don’t see the single product page at all.

If I set it to “Large Screen Only” I see the single product page on a small screen but not on the large screen.

I mean that if I set “Custom Product Pages” to “yes” then I don’t see the single product details when I click on a product in the catalogue.

No, I have not created any custom layouts. Do I need to? The default layout works fine on the large screen but does not display on the small screen.

There was a missing div tag after a recent update. We’ve added the tag back in, and it should display after you update the plugin.
