Single Single Not working for some users

  • Dear Support,
    We have SSO users who are not able to get in.
    Each time strange code is generated under users. For example
    WOTfHnKpv4gdY8iC53G2hzne-vCJPGh39s0L2_2jlMY
    Any ideas for the issue?

    Additionally some SSO users will login and receive a screen error that their email user already exists in Word Press. If we login to the admin and delete the user 50% of the time they are able to login. But this does not always work.
