Single site with multiple user accounts?

    I was wondering if anyone knows of a good tutorial to do the following:

    I would like to create a site that has multiple user accounts. When a user logs into their account they would basically be taken to their own portion of the site to view details specific to their account.

    In addition, I would like the option to upload specific photos to specific accounts from some sort of central (Admin) account.

    Also, is it possible to upload the photos directly from a phone to a certain account?
