When someone clicks on the the ticket link in Email, if they are not logged in it takes them to the particular single ticket page and display a login box there. But I prefer it to redirect to the default login page, which we have set in the Advance options.

Is this a bug in the plugin or is this how the plugin suppose to work?

    Thanks,
    Bage.

    Here are some more information,

I have a custom single-ticket.php in my theme. When I use the the_content() I only see the form with error message that i not able to view the ticket. and it displays the awesome-support login form.

When I use the wpas_get_template( 'details' ); instead of the_content(), it also displays the replies too. Only hides the ticket content and displays a login form there.
