Single Webinar Register Form Not Updating

Although I deleted the Webinar that is appearing on that page and added a new one, the old form information is still present.

I have cleared my sites cache, my browsers cache, and even accessed the pages on different computers and the issue still persists. Why is the webinar data not updating?
