Single Word defined instead of Multiple Words

Hello! I am having an issue where an expression with multiple words is not being defined, only a single word within that expression. Here is an example:

On that page, halfway through the Product Description, “Bar Mitzvah” is not defined, and “Mitzvah” is being defined instead. Both “Bar Mitzvah” and “Mitzvah” are separately defined in the dictionary.

NOTE: this happens whether or not the “Heavier search on words to match” option is selected under Settings > Other Options. Right now, that option is NOT selected.

Is it possible for a phrase to be defined even if a word in the phrase has its own definition?
