• After the update to 2.0.66.17, the singlepic shortcode always returns the same picture on all pages, no matter how I write the shortcode.
It displays the picture with the lowest ‘pid’ in the database. The database is not broken; it has no damaged or otherwise less-functioning tables.
I’m going back to an earlier version until this issue has been resolved..

@rogiermaas – There is a known issue with SinglePic and the default sort order under Gallery > Other Options > Image Options being set to Descending.

You are also referencing pid is that the specific parameter you are using in your shortcode or just the reference?

@cais: to whatever I set the Sort Order, it’s not changing the way I see the pictures.
The pid is indeed the records’ name; I use ‘id=nn’ in the shortcode like this:

    [singlepic id=457 w=240 h=180 float=center]

The first ID in my database starts at 182 if I recall. If I delete the picture with the lowest ID, it shows the next picture with has the lowest ID, in this case 183.

@rogiermaas – There may be more to the issue you are seeing than what we already have noted with the SinglePic displays.

Could you send us a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) with your site specifics so we can get a closer look at what might be going on?

We will likely need log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation, please include those with your Bug Report.

    Thanks!
